Neil didn’t launch Central Joinery Group with grand ambitions or outside investment. He started with craft, care, and commitment - building relationships one staircase, one balustrade, one timber order at a time. Over the years, that approach built a reputation for quality and reliability that still defines the business today. 

From the company’s first branded vans to the specialist joinery capabilities we now offer nationwide, our growth has always been driven by one goal: to serve better, without ever compromising on the values we were built on. 

Thirty years later, the team has grown, the tools are smarter, and the projects are bigger. But the heart of CJG remains the same — real people, real craftsmanship, and a legacy we’re proud to carry forward.
